Evaluation of Applications
Article 8-(1)
a) The evaluation and announcement of candidates’ applications and preferences shall be carried out by the Coordination Office.
b) Applications of candidates who are determined not to meet the application requirements shall not be taken into evaluation. Payments made by candidates whose applications are not evaluated shall not be refunded.
c) Placement procedures for candidates who have sufficient scores for application shall be carried out according to score ranking.
ç) The evaluation procedures of candidates applying to programs that require a special aptitude examination shall be conducted by the relevant academic unit.
d) For quotas remaining unfilled as a result of placements carried out by the Coordination Office, a new application announcement may be published and additional placements may be made.
