You must apply using your student number@ogrenci.karabuk.edu.tr (Example: 123456789@ogrenci.karabuk.edu.tr) email address. Otherwise, you will not be able to complete your application.

Those experiencing problems accessing their email accounts should contact the Student Affairs Office (oidb@karabuk.edu.tr).

You do not need to upload documents such as student certificates and transcripts during the application process. This information is verified through the Student Information System (OBS).

In addition to your transcript grades, if you have participated in projects (such as TÜBİTAK and BAP projects) or served in various research groups, academic organizations, and publications that demonstrate your academic achievement, it is important that you upload documents proving these activities.

It is important for students enrolled in master's and doctoral programs to document their scientific research and publications. These students should share their published articles, conference papers, etc., clearly showing information such as the publisher, journal name, and issue number.

Documenting the points you mentioned in your tuition fee reduction request is crucial for the evaluation process.

All information and documents you submit with your application must be accurate. Otherwise, your application will be considered invalid. Each student is only allowed one application. Multiple applications will not be accepted.
